Prepaid Tech Support Packages Now Offered!

Unexpected expenses to gain support assistance can add up very quickly.  If you are not ready for them, they can take a big chunk out of your bottom line. 

 What do you do?

We can help you prepare ahead of time.  Our prepaid support plan offers an easy, cost-effective way to have consulting and support at your fingertips without worrying about having  another bill to pay.  A single 5-minute phone call for support can save 1/2 to 1 hour of labor on a service call.

 With over 18 years experience in the industry, we have provided technical support, consulting and education on many illumination topics and issues, including neon, LED, HID and fluorescent.

 Will you tell me how my time is used?

  •  You will receive monthly reports detailing the caller, time used, number of calls, issues addressed, and solutions provided to help you evaluate your ROI. 

 How do you track my usage?

  • Each client will receive a service code for all persons in that company to use.  However, you may request multiple codes at no additional cost.
  • Time used is tracked for actual minutes used, rounded to the next full minute. The minimum charge will be 1 minute.
  • You will receive notification via email &/or text message when your remaining time falls to 15 minutes, and again at 10 minutes  -  giving you a chance to purchase more time before you need it.

How is time made available to me?

  • Time is available in 15-minute blocks only.  You may purchase as much as you want  -  any time you want.  The larger the block, the more you save!
  • All orders must be paid in full before service calls will be allowed.
  • You are allowed to go over your time limit up to 30 minutes in a month.  Any overage must be paid in full at the base rate ($60/hr) before more time can be purchased.

No invoice to worry about...

Since this is a prepaid service, you won’t have any invoice to worry about paying every month!  You just purchase time as you need it, and there are no surprises.  You also have the option of setting up for an automatic renewal if you like.  The more you buy, the more you save - and that price is locked in for you for the duration of your time purchased.

Overage accounts WILL be invoiced the first of the month, with payment due NET 10 days from date of invoice.  No further time may be purchased until the invoice is paid in full.  In lieu of charging a late fee, overages will be rounded up to the next 1/10th of an hour increment (6 minutes).

Customer service is a top priority here.  All calls received by 5 pm (ET) are returned the same day, and normally within a few hours.  Emails will be addressed within 12-24 hours.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Prepaid clients will remain at their purchased rate until their prepaid time runs out.
